TechCity assessments
A technical assessment for TechCity students.
Sit the assessment that follows your training — multiple choice, code, and a score the same day. Data structures is open now. AI/ML, cloud computing, and more will follow.

Question 12 of 24 · Multiple choice
Which structure gives constant-time lookup by key?
Pick an answer.
def two_sum(nums, target):
seen = {}
for i, n in enumerate(nums):Training shows the work. The assessment shows what stayed.
TechCity runs the classroom. The technical assessment sits beside it: an assigned sitting, questions at the student’s level, and a result the same day. Data structures is available now.
Beside the classroom
Assigned with the module, so the sitting matches what the batch just finished.
On a computer
Sign in and work in the browser. No separate answer sheet.
Kept with the student
Score, attempt, and certificate stay on the college account.
Four steps from the classroom to a score.

Use the account your college issued for the TechCity training.
02
Open the paper
The assessment assigned to your module is waiting, with a clock and its topics. Data structures is the one open now.
03
Answer and submit
Mark the multiple choice. Where a question asks for a program, write it and submit the source.
04
Read the result
The score is ready when you submit. A certificate follows when the paper is complete.
What a student can do in one sitting.
A technical assessment holds the work the class trains for. Data structures is open now: a chosen answer, and code that has to run.
01
Levels of questions
The data structures assessment open now follows four papers — 1, 2, 3, and 4 — so a sitting matches the module a student has reached.
02
Multiple choice
Single-answer questions on arrays, trees, graphs, and the checks that sit between longer problems.
03
Code submission
A question can ask for a program. The student writes it in the browser and submits the source with the rest of the paper.
04
Instant result
The score is calculated when the paper is submitted. There is no wait for a manual mark.
05
Evaluation over time
Each sitting is kept. A student and a trainer can see how the score moves from one attempt to the next.
06
Certificates
A completed paper ends with a certificate in the student’s name, tied to Data Structures 1, 2, 3, or 4.

Choose a subject to read its four papers. Data structures is the sitting students can take today. AI-ML and cloud computing are listed so the syllabus is visible before those assessments open.

What a student takes from the paper.
A technical assessment is more than a single figure. The score, the time, the earlier attempts, and a certificate are all part of the same result.
Score
The mark is ready when you submit.
Multiple choice and code are scored together. A student leaves the sitting with a result, not a wait for someone to grade the paper later.
Time
The clock stays part of the result.
Each paper has a set time. The result shows how much of that clock was used, so the sitting records the work and the pace.
Record
Earlier attempts stay beside the new one.
A second sitting does not erase the first. The student and the trainer can see whether the score moved from one paper to the next.
Certificate
A finished paper ends with a certificate.
The certificate carries the student’s name and the module that was cleared: Data Structures 1, 2, 3, or 4.
The next technical assessment is assigned with the training.
